  • Shipping Policy
    Tracking number will be sent to your email once your item has shipped , please note that when the tracking number is generated that we still have to package your order , please allow 48 hours before attempting to track your packages. All purchases will be shipped to the address you have on file via method of payment. Address can not be changed once your order has been submitted , please verify you have input the correct information before submitting your payment. Flat Shipping Fee $16.
  • How often should the extensions be washed?
    Hair should be washed every 2 weeks or as you would your normal hair. Due to the high quality of our product, most customers only report washing when there is a build-up of the product.
  • How long does your hair last?
    With proper care 2 years+
  • What type of hair do you sell?
    Raw, Brazilian, and Virgin
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We are currently accepting all major credit cards, Paypal, CashApp, and Venmo. Be advised that hair will not be shipped until payment is processed if using Paypal be aware paypal has extended processing time.
  • How many bundles should I buy?
    Depending on the length 1-4 bundles , if you want to create a full install you will need 2 bundles for short hair and at least 3-4 for longer hair. The longer the hair the more bundles you should have, longer hair typical is thinner in density.
  • Can hair be dyed?
    Yes, you can dye your human hair even the 613 can be dyed but we suggest it be colored by your professional stylist.
  • Does the hair shed or tangle?
    Honestly no hair is perfect and all hair sheds but our hair has minimal shedding and no tangling.
  • Return policy or exchange policy?
    No Refunds, Exchanges Only
  • How long does shipping usually take?
    Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping (although we strive for sooner) and during holidays please allow 8-10 business days.

As of November 1, 2019, any customer who opens a chargeback will be charged a $100.00 fee. All chargebacks will be disputed with our merchant processor and our bank. You will be blocked and no longer able to purchase from our company. You have 30 days from the initial chargeback to settle any outstanding balances. Any balances that are not settled will be turned over to the collection agency. 




At Silky Edges hair collections we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All hair is thoroughly inspected before shipping, it is our primary focus to make sure your completely satisfied.


No refunds!! The exchanged requests must be initiated within 3 days from date of purchase, all original tags must be attached with the original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt.
